System requirements: to view the demonstrations, a computer equipped with a CD-ROM drive, running Windows NT or Windows 95, and capable of displaying multimedia files. To complete most of the lab exercises, a computer capable of running Windows NT Server 4.0 with a minimum of 16 MB of RAM, a CD-ROM drive, 150 MB of free hard disk space after the installation of Window NT Server 4.0. To install the evaluation editions of Microsoft Windows NT, system must also have a 3.5" floppy drive and 350 MB of free hard disk space. Some of the lab exercises in Microsoft Windows NT technical support training require a second computer with the same specifications and the necessary networking adapter cardsand cabling to connect the two systems.
